The hydraulic servo injection molding machine has a double closed-loop system pressure and flow. The hydraulic system supplies oil according to the actual required flow and pressure, which overcomes the high energy consumption caused by the high-pressure overflow of the ordinary quantitative pump system. In the high flow working stage, the motor works according to the set speed, and the motor speed is reduced in the low-flow working stage such as pressure holding and cooling, and the actual energy consumption of the oil pump motor can be reduced by more than 30%;

1.2 Stable and efficient

The servo adjustment ability is strong, and the pressure closed-loop control mode makes the system pressure very stable, and the pressure fluctuation is less than ±0.5kg, which improves the molding quality of plastic products. Generally, the precision of the injection molding machine of the quantitative pump is about ±2%, and the servo is changed to The post-machine precision can reach ±5‰.

The hydraulic servo system can solve the existing problem of high oil temperature, and the oil temperature can be stabilized at about 30℃.

The servo can also run according to any pressure and flow curve set by the computer, which creates conditions for the development of the molding process of various plastic products.

1.3 Quick response and high production efficiency;

The hydraulic servo response speed is fast, and the pressure rise time and flow rise time are as fast as 30ms, which improves the response speed of the hydraulic system, reduces the action conversion time, and speeds up the running rhythm of the whole machine;

When the hydraulic system of the injection molding machine is running automatically, when a valve is opened, the system pressure will drop instantly. The hydraulic servo can quickly replenish the oil within 36ms and restore the pressure to the set value.

1.4 Low noise and weak vibration;

Since the servo is started under vector control, the servo motor runs very smoothly. Under normal circumstances, the noise of the motor is hardly heard, and there is only a small sense of vibration during operation, which truly achieves the so-called moisturizing.

1.5 High repeatability and material saving;

The servo adopts closed-loop speed control, the movement position of the injection table has high repeatability, and the produced products have high precision and good consistency; It overcomes the shortcoming that the ordinary asynchronous motor quantitative pump system will cause the speed change due to the change of the grid voltage and frequency, which will cause the flow change and reduce the yield of injection products.

1.6 The flow rate of speed increase is large;

Using constant power control technology, the servo driver can increase the constant power of the motor with a rated speed of 1500RPM to 2000RPM, which improves the injection flow rate, mold opening, and closing speed of the injection molding machine; when ensuring the same flow rate, a pump with a smaller displacement can be selected. As well as smaller power motors and drives, thereby reducing system costs.

1.7 Easy to operate

The servo driver provides double closed-loop control of pressure and flow and is connected to the computer with dual analog output, which is convenient for debugging. Ordinary technicians can quickly adjust the parameters through the digital panel.

1.8 Suitable for various oil pumps

The servo can be matched with a screw pump, internal gear pump, and plunger pump, which is convenient for users to select models when producing different products.
