  1. Expand the industrial chain of high-efficiency and energy-saving motors

(1)Accelerate the technological innovation of motor systems. Promote the research and development of energy-saving technologies for fans, pumps, compressors and other motor systems, and accelerate the application of centrifugal fans, water pumps, and other quadratic torque characteristic loads with high-efficiency energy-saving motor matching technology, low-speed large-torque direct drive technology, high-speed direct drive technology, Servo drive technology, etc., improve the efficiency and quality of the motor system. Further optimize the motor control algorithm and control performance, and accelerate breakthroughs in technologies such as the optimal control of the efficiency of permanent magnet motors and the precise identification of parameters of sensorless reluctance motors.

(2) Actively implement high-efficiency motor remanufacturing. Promote the improvement of the recycling system of used motors, encourage the recycling of used motors, the efficient remanufacturing of motors and the strengthening of cooperation with motor use companies, and innovate the operation mode of high-efficiency motor remanufacturing. Strengthen the research on the matching technology of remanufactured motors and loads, and promote the construction of quality control, process equipment and testing capabilities of remanufactured motors. Organize the identification of high-efficiency motor remanufacturing products, further standardize the production of remanufactured motors, and guide the application of remanufactured motor products.

  1. Speed up the promotion and application of high-efficiency and energy-saving motors

(1) Carry out energy-saving transformation of existing motors. Encourage key industrial sectors such as steel, nonferrous metals, petrochemicals, chemicals, building materials, textiles and other key industries to carry out energy-saving diagnosis of energy-using equipment, and evaluate the potential for the promotion and application of advanced energy-saving technology and equipment based on the energy efficiency level and operation and maintenance of the equipment. Guide enterprises to implement updates and upgrades of key energy-consuming equipment such as motors, give priority to high-efficiency and energy-saving motors, and accelerate the elimination of backward and low-efficiency motors that do not meet the requirements of current national energy efficiency standards. Encourage enterprises to carry out matching energy-saving transformation and operation control optimization for inefficient operation of fans, pumps, compressors and other motor systems.

(2) Increase the application of high-efficiency and energy-saving motors. Subdivide the load characteristics and different working conditions, and encourage the use of motors with level 2 energy efficiency and above for general equipment such as fans, pumps, compressors, and machine tools. In view of variable load operating conditions, promote variable-frequency speed-regulated permanent magnet motors with level 2 energy efficiency and above. For transmission systems using gearboxes and couplers, low-speed direct-drive and high-speed direct-drive permanent magnet motors are encouraged. Vigorously develop permanent magnet external rotor electric drum, integrated screw compressor and other motor and load equipment structure integration design technology and products.
