The traditional extruder: driven by a variable frequency motor, can only do open-loop control and speed regulation, and there is a slip between the actual speed and the rotor speed, and the speed is very unstable; at the same time, the overload capacity is not strong, when the motor reaches the rated speed, the output force is smaller than the actual force required for extrusion, and an alarm and shutdown will occur, the work efficiency will be reduced, and the quality of the extruded product will be poor; in addition, the accuracy is not high (for position and movement, force-distance, positioning), the volume and the installation space is large, it is inconvenient to install, and the cost is wasted.
Servo extruder: closed-loop control can be performed, which can control not only speed, but also position and movement amount, force-distance, and positioning, so as to achieve precision and stability, and will not cause crashes and alarms due to low overload capacity; there is no speed difference between the rotor speed and the actual speed, the extruded product is more uniform and smooth. There are also differences in structural design and production materials, smaller size, compact structure, and easy installation.
Water-cooled permanent magnet motor: It can be matched with domestic and foreign drivers to form a direct drive system, with low speed, high torque, and strong overload performance, which can compensate for the gear gap of the gearbox and make the extrusion effect smoother; the hollow water cooling method is adopted for cooling, compact structure, and small volume.
